What is a Biome? 🤔

A **biome** is a large area of the Earth that has a certain climate and a specific group of plants and animals that live there. Think of it like a giant neighborhood for plants and animals! The main things that decide what a biome is are its **temperature** and how much **rainfall** it gets.

For example, a **desert biome** is very hot and gets very little rain. That's why you see plants like cacti and animals like camels that are good at living in those conditions. A **forest biome**, on the other hand, gets lots of rain and has a cooler temperature, so you see lots of trees and different animals.
