The States of Matter 🧊💧💨

Interactive Lesson • Practice • Sorting Game

What are Solids, Liquids, and Gases? 🤔

Everything in the world is made of matter. Matter can be a **solid**, a **liquid**, or a **gas**. They all have different jobs!

A **solid** has its own shape, like a rock or a toy. It doesn't need a cup to hold it. A **liquid** takes the shape of its container, like water in a glass. It can be poured! A **gas** spreads out everywhere to fill the whole space, like the air in a balloon.
