What Are 3D Shapes?
3D shapes have length, width, and height. Spin each model and look at faces, edges, and vertices.
- Cube — all faces are squares (like a dice).
- Sphere — perfectly round (like a ball).
- Cylinder — circles on top & bottom (like a can).
- Cone — a circle base with a point (like an ice-cream cone).
- Rectangular Prism — box with rectangles (like a book).
- Pyramid — a polygon base with triangular sides meeting at a point.
